Kaizn Guarantee

Kaizn Co guarantees all our products against defects caused by faulty materials, workmanship or function for twelve months for domestic use (not commercial use) from the date of purchase.

The Kaizn Co Guarantee covers the repair or replacement of products purchased through us if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the guarantee period.

Any Worx product purchased through Kaizn Co comes with a 60-day money back guarantee if you're not happy with how the product performs.

Kaizn Co Guaranteed Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All rights provided under your Kaizn Co Guarantee are in addition to any rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Terms and Conditions of the Koh Guarantee

The terms and conditions of the Kaizn Guarantee are as follows:

  • The Kaizn Guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase of the Koh Guaranteed Product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase for your Kaizn Guaranteed Product to make a claim under the Kaizn Guarantee.
  • If the Kaizn Guaranteed Product includes a number of parts or accessories, Kaizn may elect to repair or replace only the defective part or accessory. 
  • If a Kaizn Guaranteed Product is repaired or replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the repaired or replaced product will expire at the expiry of the original guarantee period (i.e., 12 months from the original purchase date).
  • Exclusions to the Kaizn Guarantee include:
    • accidental damage or fault caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or handling of the product in a manner which is not in accordance with Kaizn instructions or guidance; and
    • use of the Kaizn Guaranteed Product for commercial or industrial use or anything other than the use that the Kaizn Guaranteed Product is designed for.
